Banking

Major banking regulatory developments in November included the release of new administrative licensing rules for commercial banks, the issuance of new asset-backed securities under an expanded pilot, the announcement of an expansion of China’s consumer finance company pilot, and the foundation of a new financial reform zone on China’s southwest border.
